What you're buying
A physical, printed book made from the text and pictures you provide, printed on demand by our print partner and shipped to the address you give. Prices include printing and shipping to the destination shown at checkout, and any VAT that applies.
Your content
You confirm that you wrote the text or have permission to print it, and that you have the right to use the pictures. You may not order books that use characters, logos or text owned by others (for example from films, TV shows, games or other books), or content that is illegal, hateful or sexual content involving minors. We or the printer may refuse or cancel such orders and refund you.
You keep all rights to your content. You give us permission to store, lay out and send it to the printer only to make your book.
Checking your book
You approve the preview before paying. We print what the preview shows, so please check spelling, names and pictures.
Cancellations and refunds
Because each book is made to order from your own content, the EU 14-day withdrawal right doesn't apply once printing starts (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(c)). You can cancel for a full refund within 1 hour of paying by emailing inkbind@onmax.me. If a book arrives damaged, misprinted or doesn't arrive, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date with a photo or description and we'll reprint it or refund you.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates from the printer and carrier. We can't guarantee arrival by a specific date, including holidays.
Liability
Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow such a limit.
