Inkbind (inkbind.onmax.me) turns text and pictures you give us into a printed book and ships it. This page explains what we keep and why. Contact: inkbind@onmax.me.
What we store
- Your book: the text, title, dedication and pictures you send from ChatGPT, Claude or this website. We need them to show the preview and print the book.
- Your order: the recipient's name, delivery address and phone number (the carrier needs it), your email for order updates, and what you bought. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
- Basic logs: request logs kept by Cloudflare for up to 30 days to keep the service running.
- Visit statistics: which pages are viewed and in which language, counted with PostHog (EU servers) without cookies and without building a profile of you.
We don't use the content of your book for anything else, we don't train models on it, and we don't sell or share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Lulu Press (printing and shipping): the print files and the delivery address.
- Stripe (payment): your email, the billing details you enter, and the amount.
- Cloudflare (hosting and storage).
- PostHog (cookieless visit statistics, EU).
How long we keep it
Books that are never ordered are deleted after 90 days. For ordered books, the print files and pictures are deleted 90 days after delivery; the order record (what was bought, when, where it was shipped) is kept for as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time by emailing inkbind@onmax.me. If you're in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Through ChatGPT and Claude
When you use Inkbind inside ChatGPT or Claude, the assistant sends us only what's needed for the book (the text, pictures and the choices you make). We don't receive your other conversations or your account details.
