Write it in the chat
Write the story with ChatGPT as you normally would, pictures and all. When it’s ready, ask for the book in the same conversation.
Check every page
A page-by-page preview appears in the chat. Change the title, add a dedication, swap a picture, or do all of it on our website instead.
We print and post it
Pay by card on our website and Lulu prints the book in the UK, France or the US, close to where it’s going. It arrives in about two weeks.
A real preview
What you approve is exactly what’s printed.
The preview and the print file come from the same layout, so the line breaks, pictures and page numbers you see are the ones on paper.

Questions
Before you order
Do I need ChatGPT?
No. ChatGPT is the easiest way, because the story and its pictures are already there. You can also paste any text and upload your own pictures on this page. Claude users can connect Inkbind too.
Can I print just one copy?
Yes. Every book is printed to order, so a single copy is the usual order. Extra copies of the same book to the same address are cheaper: £25 each in hardback, £19 in paperback.
Will the pictures from ChatGPT print well?
Yes, at the size each one can hold. A standard square ChatGPT picture prints about 17 cm wide on a softly tinted page, and wide or tall ones print nearly page-width. Pictures of 1,250 pixels or more fill the whole page, edge to edge. We never enlarge a picture until it blurs, and the preview shows how each page will look.
What can I print?
Stories you wrote, family memories, letters, recipes, holiday journals or your own children’s book. You can’t print characters someone else owns, such as Peppa Pig, Pokémon or anyone from Disney. The printer refuses them, and so do we.
Who sees my story?
Only you, the people you share the edit link with, and the printer. We delete the book files 90 days after delivery. See the privacy policy.
What if something is wrong with the book?
We reprint it free. If it arrives damaged or misprinted, email a photo to inkbind@onmax.me within 30 days of delivery.
Will it arrive in time for Christmas?
Yes, if you order by 3 December for standard delivery or by 12 December for express. Printing and standard delivery take 7–12 working days, about two weeks.
